Patio life and summery goodness
I hope all the pops out there are enjoying an easy day sitting on the patio or otherwise enjoying some time in the garden. It’s Father’s Day, and you deserve it!
I spotted this relaxing patio and spikylicious steel planter at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin, where their back patio overlooks Lady Bird Lake.
Burgundy, pink, olive green, and silvery blue — yum!
I spent a little time on my own patio yesterday, where I admired ‘Helvola’ waterlilies glowing atop round green leaves in the stock-tank pond, having their own little pool party. Good idea now that summer’s heat is upon us.

The spiky plant is very attractive but I LOVE that luscious water lily.

I’d like to have one just like it! —Pam
Oh to have the space to give justice to a planter like that, nice!!
I have the space but not the budget! 😉 —Pam
