Last week I posted about Hill Country Water Gardens & Nursery, one of my favorite Austin-area nurseries, as part of Support Your Independent Nursery Month, and I ran a giveaway for a $50 gift certificate donated by the good folks at HCWG. Last night was the cutoff for entering, and today we have a winner.

And the randomly picked winner is…Linda V., who wrote, “I live in Cedar Park, and despite having a healthy population, I am sad to say we do not have a healthy population of independent nurseries. Thank goodness Hill Country Water Gardens has more than just pond plants. I get veggie starts from them in the Spring, and truly enjoy experiencing their display gardens.
