Jenny Stocker’s garden is in Southern Living!
My friend Jenny Stocker’s garden has inspired me since before I knew her, when I first visited during a crowded garden tour. I’m so glad to have talked her into starting a garden blog because now I get to see her beautiful pictures of her inspirational garden whenever I want! You can too by visiting Rock Rose, Jenny’s blog, or, if you live in the South, by picking up a copy of the April 2012 issue of Southern Living magazine, which is appearing on newsstands now. Go get a copy. It’s a keeper. At the end of the article you’ll find a quote by yours truly, in which I rave about Jenny’s garden design. Hey, if you’ve seen it, I bet you’ve raved too.
Congratulations, Jenny!

One of my fav blogs!!! So excited for her!!
It is fun to see this garden through anothers eyes. Congrats to her.
Cool! Thanks for the heads up. I am going to pick up this issue. Awesome news!
Just got the mail and my copy was here! Going to go put my feet up and read!
Wow, so glad to see Jenny’s beautiful garden get well deserved press! I’ll definitely pick up a copy soon.
Can’t think of a more deserving garden; congrats to Jenny!
I love her blog – her garden is so inspirational! So awesome!
WOW! Thanks for the heads up!
Congrats to Jenny. Her garden was the second garden I toured in Austin when I was there for the first garden bloggers’ fling. Great garden, great memories, and Jenny is a great gardener, too.
Extra special since I’ve been honored to see it w/ the owners, and Abq has more availability of Southern Living than it does Phx Home and Garden! The pics you show are nice and I look fwd to their perspective. I can’t wait to see your links, too.
Got my copy today and it was such fun to look at Jenny’s garden. But they didn’t show enough pictures! I’ve been reading her blog for quite a while now and possibly got there because of your blog – who can remember how and when about blogs. One often leads to ten others, I find.
Thanks for the preview, Pam. Jenny has such a gorgeous garden. The most amazing things to me in this garden, to be honest, are the native limestone rocks that David hauled up the hill to the garden on his own, one by one.
Wow…love the photo with the pool/pond in the foreground and house to the back! Beautiful! I need to try and track down a copy of Southern Living…could be hard up in the PNW. Congrats Jenny and thanks Pam.
This is so gorgeous. What a visual feast!
Her garden is truly a wonder. Thanks for calling attention to the article. I can’t wait to receive my mag and check it out!
Thank you for letting us know about SL! I have loved Jenny’s garden from afar for years; it’s a style that really appeals to me. Love the article and the wide angle photo. Gail
How exciting! I can’t wait until my issue gets here.
I love viewing Jenny’s garden. It’s simply amazing.
I’m off to revisit your posts.
Have a great weekend.
Waiting to see my issue in the mail!
That first wide-angle photo is something bloggers rarely do and only the pros seem to manage. Really shows the genius of what Jenny has created.
